You know that whatever you need is there for you always. Teach your
children that they are wonderful human beings. Help them to increase
their self-esteem and self-worth. Should you not have children, see life
with the excitement and wonder of life as seen through the eyes of a
child. Teach children to create and voice special affirmations to
increase their self-esteem, etc. I am proud of you and your positive

LISTEN to children and HEAR what they are saying. Help them
